Tape feeder
Tape feeders supply you with large amounts of standard components. While removing the cover-tape, the tape is auto- matically feeded and the components, that should be placed next, are revealed.
Tape feeders come in all popular widths.
Stick feeder
Stick feeders supply whole component sticks to the semi- automatic Pick&Placer. Thus sensitive parts dont have to be needlessly decanted. You can enable a single or multiple components for current assembly.
Manual carousel
By using a manual carousel bulk components can be supplied to the machine. For varying projects, multiple carousels can be prepared, which can be kitted in a single step.
Bulk container
The patented bulk containers provide resistors, capacitors and ICs out of small containers to the machine. These containers can be pooled using a rail-system, so that a variety of ocmponents can be stored dust-free for assembly.
Loose components container
The containers are designed to make it easy to process components from small bags. To equip it, you fill the contents of a small bag into the container. Seven containers stacked on top of each other create exactly the pick/place level of the manipulators.
If you place a second container on top of the container, rotated by 180°, a small opening is created through which it is possible to fill the components back into the bag. Several containers stacked on top of each other can also be used as a storage system.
Labor-tape feeder
This feeder type can handle a single strip of a component tape. Each part can be picked up directly from the tape, it isn't necessary to decante them into bulk containers first.
Trays
Fine-Pitch parts, BGAs or plugs are mostly delivered in trays. This packaging unit can be supplied directly at the manipulator.
Tape-strip feeder
By using tape-strip feeders, sections of a tape can be feeded into the Pick&Place machines. This feeder combines different width of strips and makes it possible to supply small amounts of different component models i.e. for prototype assemblies.
Automatic carousel
The processor controlled version offers a smooth acceleration to transport the components gentle. A wide range of carousels are available.
Paternoster
The Paternoster Mass Storage Magazine is the most sophisticated of the FRITSCH feeder systems. Because of its narrow width Paternosters can be located at the side and/or back of Pick & Place machines. This automatic feeding unit can contain up to 504 components. The control of the containers can be called up in different ways:
The double footswitch with forward and reverse switches can be used to step through the rows by briefly depressing one or the other switch or to smoothly move through several rows by fully depressing one switch at a time.
