A second that is worth it

Anybody who has already assembled bulk goods knows the problem: Components that are the wrong way up.

All parts that are the right way up are assembled first, yet in the end, the parts that are the wrong way up also have to be used. Laboriously and by straining the eyes, they are turned over with tweezers or vacuum nozzles.

This is exactly where the component flipping station becomes an indispensible aid. Simply place the component into the flipping station, move the assembly nozzle from the flipping area through the sensor barrier and the component is flipped over. This process takes less than one second and enables the removal of the parts the right way up.
