dispenseALL options
The dispensing machine dispenseALL offers many options for daily work. The universal construction of the machine allows also locally the easy and fast integration of the complement. Stoppages can be avoided during subsequent extensions, too.
Media temperature control
Soldering paste, adhesive and other dispenser media change their viscosity depending on the temperature. In order to achieve constant results, the temperature of the media can be kept constant.
Therefore a media-heater or cooler is available which can be integrated for example in the precision dispenser valve.
Advantages:

- compensation of ambient temperature
- fast medium warming after cooled storage
- reduction of media aging because only the nozzle is heated
Nozzle compensation
The dispensing result depends mainly on the correct center postions of the nozzle. Especially by using one-way syringes or plastic tips the Position of the nozzle changes enormously. In serial production this difference can be measured easily and full-automatically.
Depending on the used nozzle the compensation measures all three directions (X, Y and Z) and determines the correcting values to guarantee the exat right position after syringe change.

Laser height sensor
The laser height sensor measures the height of the PCB or workpieces and enables the fast and precise measurement of the user.
This option can be integrated directely at the head because of very tight design.

Suck Back for low viscosity media
The suck back module prevents thin liquids from leaking or dripping out of the syringe. Especially thin liquids like oil or water or extreme past media which have to be dispensed by high pressure affect drop Formation at the nozzle. Suck back creates a retension vacuum while non-dispensing.

- no leaking media
- no waste material at the nozzle
Vacuum table and vacuum support
A vacuum table can be integrated at any time for flexible or thin PCBs. This fixture is simply placed in the dispensing area. The integrated magnet holder enables split second changeover without tools. Standard and customized sizes are available. For example to connect a workpiece carrier.

Inline - Transportsystem
A transport system is availale for the integration into production lines. There are a lot of variants and options for many applications.
When fed in, the PCB is positioned by means of a pneumatic lifting plate. The connection is via an SMEMA interface, ready contacts or customized interfaces.

Automations Interface
This module enables the user to control options and features which can be built in the machine room of the dispensALL420. For the touchless nozzle compensation or customized extensions the the Automation intrface offers the right control.

Cleaning station
The needle nozzle cleaning station automatically cleans nozzles and stainless steel dispensing needles for jet and needle valves. It is placed freely in the work area, ideally in the back, and only requires a compressed air connection. Depending on requirements, the user can program the intervals so that clean dispensing is always guaranteed. The needle moves completely into the canal and is cleaned using compressed air.
The station is also compatible with most liquids including silicone, grease, UV-curable adhesives, epoxy, paint and fluxes.
