placeALL®620 platform

The placeALL®620 platform with its integrated portal system for pick & place and the flexible control software provides the highest degree of stability and reliability for your task.

Its main tasks are handling and assembly tasks. It can be equipped with up to 2 pick & place heads. The later upgrading of the second head enables the scaling of production capacities even whilst in operation.

In addition, up to 2 dispenser heads can be integrated to, for example, apply adhesive in a production cell and to assembly components without moving the workpiece carrier.

The module comprises a portal with X, Y, Z and R axes with an integrated vacuum suction device for the pick & place of the components. In order to align components, a laser or vision alignment device can be integrated directly on the pick & place head. In addition, it is possible to integrate stationary vision systems for various detection and correcting tasks.

It is controlled via an industrial PC with the help of intuitive operating software. This ensures the highest degree of stability and provides a large number of features.
