tapeFEEDER
For SMD parts on tapes, we can supply you with feeders from 8 - 72 mm strip-width. All feeders are of course intelligent (smartFEEDER® functionality). They can be mounted securely to the machine , feeder shifting is not possible.
For 0402 and smaller components, a half-step feeder is available.
blockFEEDER
The blockFEEDER holds twice as much 8 mm strips as a normal feeder. This makes it possible to build up a generous standard-kitting on the placeALL® machine.
During inline-production, a maximum of 100 tapes can be fed into the machine. The maximum for standalone use is 200.
vibration tubeFEEDER
Both the amplitude as well as the frequency can be adjusted on the vibration tubeFEEDER. This allows an optimal adjustment of the infeed to the set-up components. The vibration starts automatically by removing the components and stops automatically after a set length of time. This ensures that sufficient components are always available. The use of bar adapters is recommended for a stable removal, see "order form bar adapters".
air tubeFEEDER
air tubeFEEDERs supply complete component-sticks, so that sensitive parts don't have to be needlessly decanted. The feeder is operated by compressed air, the parts are covered until they are picked up to ensure a safe delivery. 10 sticks are possible.
ledFEEDER
This feeder type was developed together with our customers. It feeds wired LEDs, cuts them to a defined height and then provides them for placement. This is especially useful for big-sized matrix Displays.

The Fritsch labelFEEDER allows an exact label transport to the picking position of the pick & place machine.
A fast setup is guaranteed by the well-arranged four-button control panel and the wide range of label- and tape sizes fitting to the feeder. Together with the compact dimensions of the unit a highly efficient labeling solution was created.

The feeder are useable for all standardized domes. We can also implement customized solutions.
Holder for high component tapes
The Universal-Tape-Strip-Holder is suitable for component tapes up to 27 mm height. Built for the use of tapes with a width from 8 to 56 mm.
Universal tapestripFEEDER
The universal tapestripFEEDER for tape strips or whole rolls can be mounted in addition to our smartFEEDER around the machines. Therefore the user has more inner space for PCBs or trays.
Tape-strip feeder
When assembling prototype runs, tape-strips are often used. With this feeder, up to ten 8 mm strips (or fewer, but wider strips) can be fed simultaneously.
Trays
Several tray feeders can be used inside the placement area of the placeALL® automatic Pick & Place machines. Thus the placement area can be adapted easily to variing projects and tasks.
trayFEEDER
Up to 8 JEDEC-Trays enable supplying of the correct componant while assembling. The trayFEEDER is mechanical linked with the machine to guarantee a solid unloading. It is intregated to the user interface and retrofittable to existing machines. The axis control makes a smooth movement of the high quality components possible and the driving in any sequences of the trays doesn't need an indexing.
Feeder systems for customer applications
The motor-driven feeders for component rolls are controlled via a 4-fold rack and can be used for a wide variety of integrations (placement machines, special machine construction and assembly systems, etc.). They can also be controlled manually via an easily accessible control panel.
The feeders are available in various shapes and sizes from 8 – 88 mm tape width and are designed for conveying plastic and paper belts. Winding up the remaining belt is also possible upon request.
A wide variety of bar goods can be fed with the vibration tubeFEEDER. By adjusting the amplitude and frequency, an optimal feed for the component to be conveyed is made possible.
Custom feeders
For custom projects, a number of different feeder types are available. Examples would be the feeding, cutting and placing of wired LEDs or the bending of components to a specific shape. We can provide other custom solutions, please ask for Details.
