The RS 903 has 5 heating zones and one cooling zone. Each zone has a heating pipe, a fan with special wind wheel and a bottom heating plate for a big and stabile heating volume. All 10 heating elements can be programmed separately and all have a separate sensor to measure the temperature in the different heating zones.
It is possible to programme different pre-heat phases as well as a solder phase with peak. This allows a regular and gentle heating of the boards. The board will be successively cooled down to ambient temperature in a cooling zone at the end of the conveyor.
The system is equipped with a duplex conveyor. It combines the advantages of the pin chain conveyor and the grid belt conveyor in one machine. The pin chain conveyor supports an in-line production in combination with our placeALL pick and place machines. The motor-driven width adjustment is standard.
The grid belt is flexible for single boards and acts also as a middle support for wide boards.
The RS903 oven is easy to handle because of the user friendly software. It takes less than 30 minutes to heat up the system for production. Many different programmes can be saved. With the included thermocouples you can measure you can save and analyze also heating profiles.
