Manual Assembly

For prototyping or small-series production, the modular FRITSCH LM systems are ideal partners. With this systems, the pick&place process can be implemented. Depending on the extent of the LM-system, the user can assemble Chip- , SO- and FP components.

The software of the LM systems releases the user from reading project or placing lists. It also shows the pickup and place position and more information on the current component. By this, a highly secure pick&place process is reached. To remain flexible in daily work, existing CAD data can be imported into the software.

A variety of add-ons like z-axis brakes or a placement-head camera support the user in daily work.

» LM 900

The LM 900 is the basic system of our manual manipulator series.

Assembling place LM 901

» LM 901

The LM 901 is the entry model of our modular-built systems. Besides the LM 900 functionality, it can be extended with axis brakes, dispensers and optical support systems for component placing.

Fine Pitch placer FP 904

» FP 904

The Fine-Pitch placer FP 904 makes it possible to precisly place Fine-Pitch components using a camera or an additional microscope.

Multi tasking placer MP 904

» MP 904

The multi-tasking assembly station MP 904 offers ergonomic comfort by dispensing and assembling of prototypes and medium series.

Semi-automatic machine SM 902

» SM 902

Our semi-automatic manipulator SM 902 eliminates wrong placements and relieves the user as reading the assembly plan isn't necessary anymore.

Semi-automatic machine SM 902 professional

» SM 902 professional

The SM 902 professional offers - besides 100% placement security and a great deal of comfort for the user - a higher assembly output than the other LM or SM systems. Unlike the SM 902, the SM 902 professional can be equipped with motor-driven feeders with LEDs and an automatic dispensing system for glue or solder paste.
