dispenseALL 410
Both dispensing heads have a motorized height adjustment. This makes it possible to dispense by default without a spacer. Of course, the possibility still remains to dispense with a spacer. The motorized height adjustment enables dispensing at various heights. Dispensing in recesses, on elevations or on 3D-MIDS.
The dispenseALL 410 is software compatible with the placeALL series. One basic condition for the simple exchange of data between the two product series. Adhesive and dispensing points can be created automatically from existing assembly programs.
The dispenseALL can also be directly adapted to existing machines of the placeALL series or of other manufacturers by integrating a conveyor (SMEMA compatible).
A vacuum option is available for flexible interconnect devices for the safe fixation of the device in the dispenseALL.
The dispenseALL has a standby position for the dispensing cartridges. In this standby position, a cover is pushed over both dispensing needles to prevent the paste from drying out and thus significantly increasing the shelf life.
For dispensing in lines (frames, seals, underfills, etc.) there is a graphic editor for determining the exact dispensing path, in order to enable customer-specific paths to be entered (available from Jan 2010).
