Your automation solution requires the possibility to dispense? The dispenseALL XS portal module takes over this task without great effort using standardized software.
The module comprises a dispensing portal with X, Y and Z axes (R axis also possible). Different dispensing heads and valves can be integrated in this portal.
The dispensing portal can be integrated directly into the machine modules because no frame or casing construction is necessary whatsoever. This reduces not only the time for the implementation but also increases the stability and productivity of the machine.
The process is controlled via an industrial PC which is included in the scope of delivery. The serial software of the dispenseALL® 400/410 automatic dispensing machine series runs on this PC. This ensures high stability and provides features such as line and dot dispensing. The graphic user interface makes creating the dispensing programme child’s play.
A separate control box contains the entire control units and power drivers. This means the installation can begin immediately…
