Loose-component feeder
The loose-component feeder for the placePRO includes 36 pickup positions.
Every tray has a clear cover, to keep the components shield and clean from dust.
Tape-strip feeder
When assembling prototype runs, tape-strips are often used. With this feeder, up to ten 8 mm strips (or fewer, but wider strips) can be fed simultaneously.
Tray feeder
Multiple tray feeders can be used inside tje placement area. Thus the placement area of the Pick & Place machine can be adapted easily to different projects and tasks.
IC feeder
25 different ICs can be equipped on the IC feeder. Therefore it has inserts with three different widths for different applicable components.
These inserts can be adjusted on custom made projects.
smartFEEDER-Kit
The sophisticated placePRO machine concept allows not only the placement of loose components and small series. At rising quantities or also as mix-armament smartFEEDER can be adapted on the placePRO as well. With the smartFEEDER-kit the placPRO can become a fully-fledged pick and place machine placeALL 510.
