All placeALL® machines have been developed for the flexible production of SMD projects.
During developement we focused on short changeover times (made possible by barcode-supported kitting and a modular setup), so that all options can be upgraded on location.
These options include:

The placeALL® 510 is a modular Pick&Place system and especially useful to build prototypes and small series. It supports a large range of components (chips, FP-components and BGAs), so even the most complex tasks can be handled.

The placeALL® 610 has a modular structure and can be used for the assembly of prototypes and small series.

The placeALL® 610 L is built modular and has a larger placement area than the placeALL® 610. The wide range of handled components from 01005 chips up to FP parts with 0.3 mm pitch and BGAs allows the flexible assembly of even complex projects.
Because of more and more extensive assembly with very small and multi-pin fine-pitch components and QFNs, BGAs and CSPs as well with connectors on the bottom side of the PCB, the manual placement is reaching its limit.
