Our modular semiautomatic stencil printer supports the user during daily work with a defined squeeche pressure.

For prototyping or small-series production, the modular FRITSCH LM systems are ideal partners. With this systems, the pick&place process can be implemented. Depending on the extent of the LM-system, the user can assemble Chip- , SO- and FP components.

» automatic Assembly

All placeALL® machines have been developed for the flexible production of SMD projects. During developement we focused on short changeover times (made possible by barcode-supported kitting and a modular setup), so that all options can be upgraded on location.

» Rework

The µPlacer can be used as a rework station or for selective placement of components. It can handle a wide range of SMD parts. These include µBGAs, CSPs, PBGAs, CBGAs, Fine-Pitch, QFN parts and custom components.

» Reflow Soldering

Different stand-alone and inline reflow soldering systems with approved glide-zone heat chamber systems are available for lead-free or leaded soldering or for the curing of glue.

» Dispensing

The dispenseALL 410 is the advancement of the dispenseALL 400. The mostly newly developed machine is based on the design of the placeALL 510.
