Placing 0201 -on the fly- and 01005 with Vision systems

Our automatic Pick&Placers placeALL® 600 / L can assemble 0201 components on the fly, meaning without the detour across a stationary vision system.
The traversing path is reduced (see orange line) up to 60%. Measuring times are eliminated, as this step is completely done, while the head is moving from the pickup to the placement position.
Customers placing a high amount of 0201 profit most from that innovation as the placement outpout is more than doubled. The modular setup of the placeALL® machines ensures, that this functionality can be integrated seemlessly in existing Pick&Placers on location.
The even smaller 01005 components (0.254 mm × 0.127 mm) are still measured with the stationary vision system (blue line).
