Stencil Printer SD 903
Double Feeder
This extension to the stencil printer facilitates the insertion of larger amounts of soldering paste into the stencil. This makes it possible to also manufacture thicker stencils more stably e.g. for power electronics.
Vision System
The revised version of the Vision System offers among others a more easily accessible positioning of the camera as well improved lighting of the stencil.
To make it easier to position, switchable laser marks have now been integrated, in order to find the actual position of the camera on the stencil more easily.
Prototype frame
No standard stencils are manufactured for the likes of prototypes or small series. Instead of that, small stencils are made available that are only a few millimetres larger than the PCBs.
With the prototype frame, precisely such stencils can also be fixed and coated professionally. For smaller stencils, there is a hand scraper included; larger stencils (> 250mm) can be manufactured as usual.
