Efficient SMD pick and place and dispensing with flexible machines
We offer our industry partners fully developed technology from SMD pick and place machine to SMD Stencil Printer which can be adjusted to your individual requirements. From SMD Dispenser to SMD pick and place machine all our products for SMD PCB placement are optimal aligned to each other in order to provide smooth processes and excellent results.
Our primary products for fully automatic pick and place machines are the high developed machines placeALL® 510 and placeALL® 610. Both machine types fit especially for prototyes, small batches and also mass production. Because of the wide component range even very complex projects can be realised. The change over times can be greatly reduced with the intelligent software. For dispensing the machines of the dispenseALL series are available, for example the model DA410
Manual and Semi-automatic Pick and Place
Our manual and semi-automatic pick and place systems fit best for assembling prototyes and small batches. Depending on the extensions you can assemble chip, SO, BGA and FP components. The SM 902 professional provides highest placement rate and a 100% elimination of placement errors together with high comfort for the operator. All necessary data can be assigned manually, by Teach-In or import of CAD data. It is also possible to attach a dispensing unit to the machine.
Portal module for precise pick and place and computer controlled dispensing
The fully automatic assembly of PCBs is done with a pick & place module which is based upon our placeALL® series. The module contains of a pick and place portal with X, Y, Z and R axis and and a component centering unit which is attached to the head. The portal is highly customizable and can easily be integrated into your production line.
For the dispensing part in your production line we have a module that is based upon our dispenseALL series. The software aided portal module dispenseALL containes of a dispensing portal with X, Y and Z axis (optional also with R axis). Different dispensing heads and syringes can be integrated with the portal module into your production line.
