Feeder system
The feeder system has to be flexible and therefore absolutely safe especially for small and medium runs to guarantee high quality by low costs.
The system has to release the user and to do not-necessary works by itself. That's the reason for optimizing the placeALL® feeder system.
Feeder recognition even easier
Particularly in the case of the most frequently used feeders (8 mm, 12 mm, 8 mm half-step), it had only been possible to differentiate when taking a closer look. The colour key now enables the feeder type to be recognized at a glance. This speeds up the set-up time significantly and also reduces sources of error by erroneously setting up the wrong belt.

Automatic recognition
When plugging in a smartFEEDER, the feeder is automatically logged in to the system. In this event, not only the data of components are automatically passed on to the feeder but also the picking positions. The system log-in takes only a few milliseconds.
Simple belt assembly
One of the most common activities when setting-up a feeder is to insert a new belt. The FRITSCH belt feeders have a mechanism by which a belt can be easily threaded. The belt is set-up similar to an analogous camera:
Simply open the flap, insert the belt onto the feeding star, pull the belt through the lateral peel slot and close the flap.
