Should problems arise, then the customer should be able to get fast and effective help. For this reason, we offer remote support for all machines, semi-automatic machines and µPlacers. This enables our service technicians to access problems immediately and serves as assistance in the case of problems.
In order to install the remote access point, it is not necessary to install software nor have user rights (e.g. administrator rights). The only thing that must be available is access to the Internet.
As soon as the user enables access, the remote access point gives the service technician immediate access to the operating software, to pick&place and configuration data as well as to the actual pick&place machine. This allows for an extensive and founded diagnosis within a short time.
The usage of standard software guarantees for the highest degree of security both at the customer’s and at the service technician’s. The remote access is realized to 100% through functions of the Internet browser. This is why no additional programmes have to be installed on the customer’s computer.
During the warranty period, the remote access is included in the machine package free of charge.
